game capture issue, help!!!!

Video Card: r9 290 vapour x oc edition
Memory: 8gb
Monitor Resolution: ,1920x1080, @144hz
Video Editor:
Game Problem: battlefield 4
Video Type: AVI
Hi chaps im having trouble capturing footage form bf4. i can record all my other games however bf only records game sounds. the footage stops when the game screen loads.
it was working when i had the free trial but as soon as i purchased the full version it wont work.
