Avi After Recording Problem

Hey so i have been using quicksync for a while now because of a problem i have been having with AVI. After i have recorded with AVI i watch the video with windows movie player and it starts randomly freezing the slowing down then speeding up and such and it lags. I have looked for a long time to fix this and now i am asking you guys for help because i cannot find a solution so please help me with this as i want to record with AVI.
