Why is there no Hardware acceleration possible ?
So i have a Gtx 570 and it worked on previous versions in Action! so why i cant re-activate it ?

You cant record in 1080p or have the hardware acceleration on (.mp4).and your own pc is usually fully capable to do this.(it works in other programs)

btw:

CUDA is also disabled in the software, why ?

and is there any solution or workaround for this ?

and the program shows a strange behaviour:
if you add the cuda dlls manually.it says you should buy the legal version
if you delete it, it works nomal.

CUDA has been removed in recent Nvidia drivers release. We will replace it with NVENC in upcoming release.
