I have a major issue. I am a paid user of you software Action!. I have currently been using this software for three months now. The problem has arisen that my editing software, Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 13, will accept my Action! files but wont complete the render.
Now, this isn't the problem exactly. I was using .avi files when the render failed. Now, I must use the mp4 file, which I am totally comfortable doing. But, while I was recording my recent episode of a game, for my YouTube channel, I found that the mp4 recording failed.
Example- I recorded a 15minute segment in my game. After pressing F9 to end the recording, I saw the video show up in the directory. After hovering over it, the video said 2minutes and 6 seconds.
My question is, why and where did the rest of the recording go? I swear that the Action! HUD was red the whole 15 minutes I was recording but in the end, only 2minutes of it was recorded. Can you help?
