also i record something and i watch the .avi file and hear booth sounds from my friend and me and when i put it into
adobe premiere pro i hear only the voice of my friend are there special settings ?

Right click on the video (in the folder) and select "Extract Audio Stream." That will create an audio file. Drag that into Premiere under the main audio track. There you go!
