Action! Mirillis Minecraft Bugs?

Let's start with my general PC specs:
-Lenovo y510p
Microsoft Windows 8.1
Dual gt755m's in SLI config.
Intel(R) Core i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40GHz
8 GB RAM
1920x1080 Display @ 59Hz
344.11 Driver Version
Problems that I am having with Minecraft:
When I press F9 (record button), Minecraft AND Action! Crashes.
When I AM able to record Minecraft, it automatticaly cuts out 2 seconds per 3 seconds of footage.
Also, when I am able to record, I'll get mini lag spikes.
Extra Info:
I run Minecraft maxed out at 300 FPS not recording, and 100- 220 not.
V-Sync OFF
