Crash when recording directx 11 games

hello,
in the last 2 weeks i stop recording games that run on directx 11, e.g. fifa 15 and battlefield 4 and recording games that only run on directx 9 or desktop recording, everything is fine, until today i tried to record fifa 15 again today and the following situation happen.
when i press record, it stop within seconds, when i press recording again, it stops at 12 seconds, and when i press again, the game just halt and freeze, i need to force close the game and exit, i tried on battlefield 4 and same thing happened, but i still have no problem recording directx 9 games and desktop recording
i am using quicksync with HDMI cable and DVI at the same time, i tried record in AVI, it seems ok.
anyone can help?
