Action! Tablet Driver crashes on Exit

OS: Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit
Video Card: NVIDIA 770
Memory: 8GB
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 (monitor 1), 1680x1050 (monitor 2)
Video Editor: Premier CS5
Game Problem: None
Video Type: MP4

Capturing isn`t a problem, it is when I shut down, it ALWAYS crashes by pen tablet drivers on exit. Sometimes I have to restart. Doesn`t happen when tablet drivers are not installed. Tested. Wacom tablet drivers.

Same issue different machine:

OS: Windows 8 64bit
Video Card: NVIDIA 580 x 2 (non-Sli)
Memory: 32GB
Monitor Resolution: 1920 x 1200 (monitor 1), 1920 x 1200 (monitor 2), 1920 x 1200 (monitor 3), 1920 x 1080 (monitor/Cintiq 4)
Video Editor: Premier CC
Game Problem: None
Video Type: MP4

Drivers are current for this system.

Issues makes me hesitant to buy. Otherwise it works great.

I've been having this exact problem and I cannot figure out why Action! would cause any issues with tablet drivers. It happens with both my Wacom Intuos3 and my Cintiq 22' HD.

I've found I can usually fix it by restarting my tablet service in Services.
