I Have a lot of problems using my action

Wed Nov 12, 2014 3:46 am

When I bought my copy of Action THROUGH steam platform I noticed the following problems ,
1. always my videos are recorded at 30 fps even if I have the option to be recorded at 60 fps
2. my videos are recorded only 720 even selecting the avi file format recording mode menu option , I want them to be recorded in 1080
3. The default hotkey to pause recording and do not serve others , the pulse and even change them for other to try but does not pause the recording , it is not resumed on the same recording, creates a new one.
4. option to export the video is not enabled, I can not export any of my videos , the option to export to youtube and facebook are used without much problem , but the option to export as such is not enabled
5. In the Export Settings menu option Use hardware acceleration for video encoding is disabled , can not use that option .

My computer is an Alienware Intel Core i7 14 third generation integrated video card Intel HD 4000 video card Nvidia Geforce GT 555M

Please help me

You don't have problems with Action. You are simply turned on to many features or you are using them wrong.

1. Probably you are using software encoding MP4 recording which is limited to 30fps (even if 60 is selected). If that's not the case go to point 2.
2. Check if LIVE streaming feature is not enabled. If it is it will overwrite your current recording settings. Turn it off.
3. Pause feature is currently available only for AVI videos.
4. Export is not available for MP4 files because the output format of the exporting process is MP4.
5. Probably you don't have any hardware acceleration available or it's not configured in your system.
