Assassin's Creed Unity Issue

Hi!

I'm trying to record AC:Unity with Action and every time there's one issue: video de-syncs with audio file. While playing game is running quite smooth with 40-60fps, but on the recording there are massive frame drops and slow-downs which makes audio file out of sync. I've tried all settings I have: AVI/MP4/Quick Sync MP4/Nvidia NVENC.

Any suggestions?

Please try creating a test video with 360p/30fps setting and see if the same issue occurs.
