Small Action problem

Hi, i recently, like 1 week ago bought Action, and i have been using it every day recording.

Sometimes however, like very rare, maybe once per 2-3 days or idk, a problem would occur that would make the program not being able to record. Like, i click the usual f9 but it doesn't start recording. This usually has occurred only when the program is idle, like not recording, it has never stopped/ruined my recording sessions.

Today, like an hour ago it crashed on launch for the first time. I just launched it again though and it was fine.

This isn't a settings problem since i've never changed my settings ( besides the first time after i bought the program ). Also i am not talking about in-game recording or screen recording only, when it stops, it can't record unless you restart it and i know when to switch between active screen and games and application recording.

My video recording settings are:

Original would be in my case 1080p.

Specs:
OS: Windows 7 ultimate 64bit
Video Card: Nvidia GTX 880m 4GB GDDR5
Memory: 32GB DDR3
Monitor Resolution: 1080p
Video Editor: Vegas Pro 13
Video Type: MP4 ( Intel Quick Sync Video )

I notice when it isn't working ( can't record ) because usually the small hud which displays information ( i have it on the right top corner ) has the aero/screen fps numbers in gray color rather than blue.

All my drivers are installed and updated to the latest versions.
