Regarding Automatically run Action! on Windows startup

This is only a question : is there a way to speed up Action! startup at logon?
I followed all the steps described in your tutorial on this (at https://mirillis.com/en/products/tutori ... start.html), but it seems to me this could be done faster.
Let me explain : when running Action! by launching it in Windows, it all goes nice and smooth (splash screen showing and dissapearing fast, application loading decently fast), but when using that .bat/.xml/.vbs/scheduler technique of yours to launch it at logon/Windows startup, Action! takes an eternity to load itself (over 20-25 seconds, AT LEAST). And that splash screen is showing up for a huge amount of time (compared to common startup times for other software).
Now I suspect this happens because of the xml/vbs thing - I'm almost certain that Action! would load a lot faster if simply run by a shortcut or a simple .bat in the startup folder (although I didn't tested this yet), instead of the "complicated" scheduler technique
...
So this is my question : can this (Automatically run Action! on Windows startup) be done faster? And as a secondary question : is there a command line switch to disable showing up the splash screen? I mean, I like it, but I don't think it's really necessary at Windows logon.
P.S. And no, the slow loading times is not the fault of my startup software (Antivirus, etc.) - they all load fine. I know what I'm saying, after all I managed to make my webcam work by myself (the RGB32/YUY2 problem when using ffdshow)
