Videos disappear/do not save

Hello everyone,
I'm Sharon, and I'm new. I use a licenced version of Action!. I'm very satisfied with the results and it works very nice. However, after a few test runs and some recordings which worked perfectly fine, the videos I already made were still there. However, new videos would not appear in the folder I chose. I checked the output folder and the settings. I'm not sure if I'm missing something. Here's my specs.
OS: Windows 8.1
Video Card: A NVIDIA GeForce GT 630
Memory: 8GB
Monitor Resolution: 1280x720, 1366x768, 1440x900, 1680x1050,1920x1080, 1920x1200???
Video Editor: Adobe premiere pro CS6
Game Problem: None, general recording
Video Type: AVI
When I press F9, it starts recording as it should. When I press F9 again, it stops recording, and the folder is empty. I guess I've been talking to the void while playing games or photoshopping, as there's nothing to watch.
Anyone have any idea what's going on?
