Acton! crashes when stopping the recording

Hi guys,

I have run in to a little problem that I hope someone can shed light on, this doesn't happen every time but maybe once in ever 6 videos that I record. Length of video doesn't seem to matter, has happened on 2 minute videos and 25 minute videos. The file is then corrupted and can not be used afterwards.

My PC:
Intel i7-4820k @4.2GHz
GeForce GTX 780
16GB 1333Hz RAM
Windows 7 Home Premium (fully updated)

I am using the fully updated 1.20.1.0 version of Action. I use the game and application mode to record becasue the active screen recording is massively laggy.

Problem:
Action will start recording absolutely fine, but once I have finished and press f9 for the second time to stop it, it just hangs, the fps / record monitor in the corner remains red (as if recording) and the Action program stops responding. I have tried multiple setups using MP4 and the new NVENC codec but it seems to keep happening. My preference is to use the NVENC as it allows for 1080p 60fps and doesn't give crazy file sizes like avi does.

Anyone know of a solution to this, it is very annoying losing the videos, but more annoying is the progress in games gets saved and so can never record that it that was missed.

Thanks in advanced, I checked the forum for similar issues but those with it all apparently had laptops, while mine is a desktop so may be different.
