2 separate errors - YouTube and Multichannel sound

I wish to report 2 separate erros.

1st error - If I upload the untouched avi file to YouTube it would give an error saying file type not supported so I had to render it in Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 in H.264 first before uploading.

2nd error - If I record voice with video(gaming or desktop) Multichannel audio can't seem to be detected in Adobe Premiere Pro CS6. It only reads the default sound and not the mic recording.
However, the voice recording is there when I play the untouched avi Action! file.

Please fix.

Sadly YouTube does not support our AVI files due to FICV video codec inside. As for your second issue. Adobe does not support videos with more audio tracks than one.

Yes it does, that's why when I need use voice on top of video I use dxtory for games (bc it doesn't support desktop recording) and fraps for desktop recording.

Hi,

For .avi files you would need to extract the second audio track (mic) with another program first. Something like Audacity can do it with plugins.

Alternatively you can export a low res .mp4 with the second track and take out the video once you've imported it.

If you're having trouble importing the .mp4 file try renaming the extension to .m4v ; it seems Premiere Pro CC doesn't work well with the .mp4 files the Action exports to.

This is a video to help with the .mp4 if you didn't understand; hope I could help.
