Action! Not Working Properly

Action! is a great software, I have had it for a couple months now, but recently when I record a video the recording is laggy, and my voice keeps cutting out. I didn't update, or install anything on my PC, so I don't know what could be causing the problem.

1.20.10 And now the video is skipping and sped up...

I am having the same issues. It seems to fluctuate with the frame rate but IDK why it's doing that
