Uploads to YouTube failing

This is my first time using Action! and attempting to upload a 25 minute video I just recorded. It finishes "uploading" but then hangs on "Processing" until YouTube gives up and displays the error message.
Following instructions I found from Cauptain (http://forum.mirillis.com/memberlist.ph ... le&u=23531) in this thread:

... I used RipBot264 using the same exact settings that Cauptain said to use but it still fails. HELP!!
