ReCording issue not saveing

OS: Windows 8.1
Video Card:NVIDIA Geforce GT 710M/intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
if i'am something to forgot to add it please tell it me
well i the topic say it i got a issue with the Recodring saveing
when i press 9 in some game its Recoding but then is stop to Recording
it isn't saved so please how can i sloved this problem,
if some one of you guys have a option and a solution please tell me
