Green Screen Issue When Recording Windows 8

Hi, this is my first time posting on the Action! forums so I apologize if this has already been answered. I happened to get Action! roughly about two weeks ago on my Windows 8 PC. After I fixed the bug where I cannot use my desktop as a directory, the screen recorder itself began to record everything in green, but I could still see my cursor and hear all of the background noise recorded from it. So, I was wondering how I should approach this issue, thanks.
