Problems with Magix Video Deluxe

Thu Nov 27, 2014 11:07 pm

When I try to export Action! .avi files with Magix Video Deluxe 2015 Premium, then there just is a blackscreen in the exported .mp4 file.
But ONLY when I exactly export with 1080p (1920x1080) when I for example export with 720p, then it works.
Also, not the entire video is a blackscreen, only the .avi-parts (titles e. g. work)
I just want a way to somehow convert the .avi files into .mp4 without loosing that much quality and in 60fps. The built-in Mirillis exporter is bad. It makes bad quality videos and it only creates 30fps videos (same with the Splash Exporter). So is there any way to fix the problem with Video Deluxe OR is there any video converter which can convert Action!-files? All of them just make videos with blackscreen.
Thanks in Advance!

Hello all,
can anyone advise? I have the same problem with vdl 2015 and the avi files which come from Action. Since some weeks youtube allows 60 fps uploads and it would be nice to keep this value in some situations.

Could you upload your video sample somewhere? I will try to reproduce it on my side.

Im very sorry for the late respond

I got a new video card (Nvidia GTX 970) and since then, the problem is solved, but ONLY when I turn on "Use video card for effects" before exporting the video. I can't tell if that solves the problem on my old video card anymore.

Sometimes Magix Video Deluxe and Video Pro X - not friendly with certain codecs (LAV, ffdshow and others), in Sony Vegas with this much better.
