How to to upload 60fps video to YouTube

YouTube doesn't support action is file AVI (FICV) how i upload my video to you tube at 60fps 1080? if i use video editing it will convert a low quality video and no 60fps..i would the file directly to youtube just like fraps work..i action because i can use pause and resume while playing fraps doesn't do that

Action should be able to export to .mp4 which is compatible with youtube. There is also an option to export directly to youtube.
Video editing software usually have render settings where you can configure for 1080p at 60fps, which one are you using?

You can export your videos to YouTube with 60fps from Action! 1.20.0
