[Problem] Action recording it's own frame

Hi guys.
Core i7 3930K System
2 x R9 290 CF
Windows 8.1 x64 Update 3
AMD 14.11.2 Beta
Recording a Mantle game in windowed mode is a pain in the arse. Action captures part of it's own frame:
If I move the game window, it gets worse. Action now records half of the screen and half of the game.
Same thing on Alion Isolation, which does not use Mantle.
Snipler Elite 3 with Mantle.
Civ 5 BE with Mantle...
I did not try manually adjusting windows record area but the problem exist with magnet auto window selection.
