Action dont work

hi. i have a problem with this program. it will not record battlefield 4 gameplay. i ran it on minecraft it worked. but not bf4

when i run bf4 without it on. works fine. with it on. it dont record gameplay. and when i exit bf to get a new lobby it crashes the game. it just dont work


my pc specs are
i7 3770k
gtx 970
8 gig ram
windows 8.1

i had my directx files checked. they are fine. there is nothing wrong with my pc. i know what im doing when it comes to pcs

Do you use Mantle or DirectX? Do you use any graphic enhancement software?
