reinstall problem with Action and gaming mode problems!

I´M GERMAN, THUS I GOT BAD ENGLISH SKILLS 
Hello,
today i re-installed Action, first normal and than with the registry, because i want reset my settings ( http://forum.mirillis.com/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=29163 <--- reason) no i havent got the full version more, although i used a serial key before. I tried to log me in, but nothing works. How i can get the full version back?
And in the trial & full version i had 1. problem.... it dont records games in the gaming mode, i dont know what can i do, how to fix this?
