How long does it take for sales to reply to you?

I emailed the sales team 5 days ago for my lost serial number and haven't heard back from them since. I really need Action! for certain aspects of my job, so can anyone tell me how long it usually takes them to reply to you?

Maximum respond time is up to 5 business days. Send me your e-mail used to contact the sales and I will check your ticket status.

They literally just emailed me like 20 minutes before this was approved.
