Seriously need help with choppy videos

I've been trying to get good video quality with this program for the last few weeks with no luck. I figured it was finally time to try the forums to see if you guys could help me out. Keep in mind that I've tried every possible setting configuration I could think of.

Here are my system specs

OS: Windows 7 64bit
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970
Memory: 16 GB
Monitor Resolution: 1600x900
Video Editor: Sony movie studio platinum 13
Game Problem: Any games
Video Type: Both
