Action! Not working with Sony vegas

Hey everyone, so ever since I have had action! it has had several problems. First off, playing videos that I recored back stutter and flash back and forth by about 10 frames and it's really irritating. Now this would be fixed my rendering the video but it still annoying.
Now, even worse, when I drag a clip of action into Sony vegas Vegas doesn't pick up its audio file and it speeds and slows down the clip at various points, and something like this happens:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X43ThYsrEHs
