Since updating to the latest version of Action! I have noticed a pretty big bug.
When streaming Battlefield 4 using MP4 (AMD APP), in the newest version 1.20.2 it will not use Crossfire. This was tested using the Omega (14.12) drivers and the 14.11.2 Beta drivers from AMD.
When using 1.17.3.0 version of Action! crossfire is still used.
Here is the performance usage in 1.17.3.0 (notice the framerate in the upper left corner) Streaming while maintaining 200 FPS!

And here is with the latest version 1.20.2 The frames per second is now 60 to 80 FPS!

So, something has been changed in the latest version of Action! that renders crossfire useless in BF4. This is not an uncommon problem. The same phenomenon can be seen in other programs: I have tested this with X-Split (Gamecaster and Broadcaster), OBS (the AMD VCE build), and Raptr. Currently the only program that will work without turning off crossfire while streaming is Playclaw version 5 (which uses AMD VCE), but it has more of a performance hit than the 1.17.3.0 version of Action!. So, I ask that you look into what was changed between versions of 1.17.3.0 and 1.20.2 and you please fix it. I would love to use the latest version of Action! again, but I am taking over a 100FPS hit in performance so I have gone back to 1.17.30.
