I updated to 1.20.2.0 and after that I opened the Action but it doesn't do anything else. I waited for 20-30 minutes. Still didn't open. I ran as Administrator, but after I clicked yes it didn't open.

The point is it won't open when I open it. Please help I bought it yesterday. I hope this wasn't a mistake.

I too am having problems. We thought it might have been the video card, but I just upgraded and Action! still doesn't come up. Basically, when I try to open the program, I can see the Action start up screen but then it goes away and nothing else comes up. Also, the processes are running in the background but no console is showing. I would love for help on this one. I emailed back and forth with a tech person but no luck there either.
