I bought action a few months ago and made a few video than I had a computer virus and I had to boot from cd. Now when I decide to record a video but it says that my trial is up and I need to buy it.

I know the correct email and I have the receipt for it too.

You can activate it with the same serial number as before.

I went into my email and look at the purchase confirmation. It states my serial code. When I open the action it says in order to activate it, you type the license for and the serial number. I don't know if I have to put in my name or my father's because on the receipt it says dear my father's name and then the receipt.
