60 FPS Speeds the video up

Hi all,
I'm aware this may not be the correct topic to post this in, but as this is my first time in the forums, this is where I though...
Anyway, when I record in 480p, 720p, 1080p, and original, at 60fps, the gameplay is all smooth, although when the video is actually recorded, it seems to speed it up, the sound is all over the place.
I already did a few searches, and found nothing.
