Surround mode Recording problems

I am using NVIDIA Surround Spanning mode with a Zotec NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 graphics card on 3 monitors and I want to only record the middle one without having to turn off Surround Spanning mode or use the active Desktop region feature (that one won't record my full 1080p screen) How can I do that?

I suspect that you will not be able to do such thing. NVIDIA Surround creates one desktop from your 3 monitors which are considered as one (you should have one HUD only).
