Missing viedeos

Hi, I've got Action! (Home use) one month ago.

I haven't any problem till today: I was recording 5 short viedeos (playing Minecraft), in order to collect them and render them together at the end, but suddenly there was any video saved in the specific folder:

"C:\Action!\Video"

neither in the bin!

it's the first time it happens...do you think it is due to any settings options? could I find the missing videos saved anywhere?
