Recorded footage goes nuts with Audio and Video

I am recording .mp4 at 720p. First time I used Action! it worked great, lately I record, the recording will be fine, then it will play 5 times faster it feels and skips, then slows down to normal speeds. will also sometimes cause syncing issues.
I have no idea what causes this. HELP!!!!!!!
