Action is speeding my video up by 5x! HELP!!!

Thts makes the recording far beyond the point of being unusable. I have messed around with alot of settings and I have no idea what to do. PLEASE HELP!
Specs:
CPU(Actually an APU with its graphics settings unactive)-- AMD A6-3650
GPU-- Sapphire R7 260x
RAM-- 8GB
OS-- Windows 7 (64x)
