Help i get 100-120 fps when NOT recording minecraft but when i am i only get 15-20 fps

When recording your computer will generally drop frames a lot. Try lowering your settings and getting optifine mod. Recording will still always drop frames. Sorry there nothing you can do.

Intel HD is not a real dedicated gpu, so you really dont have to wonder that your fps crashes while recording, where do you even get 100 fps? What do you try to record? Are you using QS?
