This blows... I have had question go unanswered for month.. They take your money and to get support is like pulling teeth.. The last post on the company blog was 2012..

I am going to find the company information and contact the BBB.. This is ridiculous. I don't care if it's 100 dollars or 1 dollar.. You have customers, support and fix their issues!
