Support problems

Hi. I posted a while ago regarding a problem with Action!. I was directed to the support email "support@mirillis.com". However that email isn't valid according to my Gmail. I tried asking about it but I didn't get a response and I need to talk to them about this issue very badly. Can someone help?

I had an issue and made a forum post about it, there was no support so I emailed the support email. They asked me one question, to which I replied, and that was the end. Happened some months ago.

This blows... I have had question go unanswered for month.. They take your money and to get support is like pulling teeth.. The last post on the company blog was 2012.. http://mirillis.blogspot.com/ This is a sham. You pay to use the service, you pay to use the product and there is NO support whatsoever.... I am going to find the company information and contact the BBB.. This is ridiculous. I don't care if it's 100 dollars or 1 dollar.. You have customers, support and fix their issues!
