Skipping Video/Audio After Recording

I just bought Action! because it seemed way better than FRAPS, and everything was going good until I started recording and playing back my videos to see that parts of my Video/Audio was skipped over. It would look fine but than skip ahead about 2-3 seconds completely throwing off what I was saying during the video. Anyway to fix this issue?

I'm having the same problem but only when i record my video with no sound and then use the voice recording option to record me talking and the games sound.

a great way to fix this and add more flexibility to editing is to disable action from recording microphone and record your voice on a program such as audacity which is free by the way and is great, this will allow you to if you sync up at the beginning of capture have much greater control over editing your video and voice in terms of volume and adjustment so that you voice can be heard. most if not all editing programs will have ether a narration or voice track for you to put your sound file in and then manually sync up your audio and video!
