Should I use Mp4 Nvidia NVENC or AVI?

Im curious if MP4 Nvidia NVENC has better or same quality as AVI and also without fps drop. I know the files are much smaller. please let me know thanks

Can't really compare, they both look great. I would say though, that uploading to YouTube is much easier/faster when recording directly in MP4. Recording in AVI (with the in-house Mirrilis codec) absolutely requires re-encoding, to be viewed on other media/computers.
