Popping sound example I am getting with recording

Here is the video I am getting the pops on, if you have experienced it before PLEASE let me know what you did to fix.
It was intermittent. No popping when I recorded from Logitech webcam so NOT the mic...which is a Blue Yeti. Elite Dangerous so far is only one with an issue.
