MP4 File speeding up after a few seconds

After a few seconds when I am recording, an mp4 recording speeds up, and so does the audio. AVI files don't speed up. I use Windows 8 and I record Minecraft.

BUT when I record mp4 with 15 fps the video is choppy, yet doesn't speed up.

Lots of people have issues with this, but they don't care and you have to pay extra to get support. Taking to twitter to warn people off this assed up program.
