Could you guys add a downgrade option to Action!?

Thu Feb 05, 2015 3:33 pm

A lot of the patches has been bad news for some users (AMD MP4 being laggy and sped up at 60FPS, for instance), so we can either not use Action! at all, or a specific feature.

A degrade option with every known stable (no problems) version would be absolutely awesome, so that if a patch happens to mess up something, we don't have to wait for a new patch to fix it because we could just downgrade to the version we loved.

Downgrading to previous Action! version is available to users who have purchased Extended Services option.

Oh, right! I remember that when I bought it. How do I downgrade? I know that I included that service when I bought Action!.

I sent a ticket to the support team, and they replied within an hour with a link to 1.20.2, and now it works perfectly fine!

It would still be smoother with an in-app downgrade, though.

I did that as soon as I saw the update, but now all my 60+FPS videos are in 50FPS.

I know that you added a trigger mechanism for Action! so that whenever the framerate drops below the video's framerate, the entire video will be 50FPS, even if it's just for a splitsecond.
