Cutting out on footage

I have recently stated having a problem with Action! cutting out my footage. It used to run just fine but now it's just decided to skip along all my footage and delete a lot of it. I just recorded 10 minutes of MW2 as a test and it's been skipped down to 3:46. I haven't changed any settings and like i said before it used to be fine. Why would it be doing this?
