Dayz not working after last game update Stable .53

Hey guys,
Since Dayz updated yesterday, and now Action ! is not able to record anything but sound, I've seen similar issues with other games, anyone have any idea's or solutions for this issue? Other games continue to work.
OS: Windows 7
Video Card: AMD R9 290x
Memory: 16 GB DDR4
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Video Editor: NA
Game Problem: Dayz
Video Type: AVI

I'm Having the same issue. I have no idea how to fix it.

It's related to recent BattleEye update. We are aware of this issue.

Do you intend on offering a fix for this issue? As far as I coauld find the latest information suggested you guys were not willing to offer a solution to this?

It's not really an Action! issue since this is BattlEye that does not let Action! plug into game process. We can only try to look for a workaround method at this moment.

It would be an Action! issue as other recording software has options for AntiCheat which allow them to record Dayz , if Mirillis can't update their software to work with Anti Cheat software , especially for a game that has over 3 MILLLION sales..when other company's have ...doesn't give me much confidence in staying with Action! .. time to start looking for new video recording software.. I hear Razor has a new one out...

I haven't read too much into it, but from what I have read up, the developers of the AntiCheat won't allow action through due to the way it writes into memory through it's .DLL? or something along those lines, I'm sure if other recording software is able to work for the game through the AntiCheat then Action! should be able to be adapted to do so, unless there is a specific reason Action! has to work in the way it does?
Either way some sort of clarification of the full details would keep me and, I'm sure, other users of the software calm and understanding of the situation because at the moment the blame is being passed around from pillar to post and frankly, as paying customers, we deserve better than that.

STILL Working with Free OBS, and FRAPS , Mirillis has time to delete my posts when I post something that works, but not fix their own issue ?? great service !
