Action Recorder is missing/skipping frames. I started to notice in post editing when my (externally recorded) audio was out of sync consistently throughout the video (even after re-synching at several points)

I just did a 21 minute screen test recording and by the end the audio and video are 3.07 seconds out of sync. The footage is ahead of the audio which means Action Recorder skipped 3.07 seconds of video intermittently throughout the recording.

My current laptop spec:

Windows 8.1 64bit
Intel Core i7-4700HQ @ 2.4GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 870M
16GB RAM

Is this a software issue or is my laptop performance at fault?

Wow happening on Nvidia as well. I've had this problem for the half year or more. Ended up buying Bandicam since Mirillis seems incapable of fixing the software issue. Don't expect a timely fix, this is a known issue that's quite old.

Sync issues were fixed in 1.22.0.
