Action V2.2 Crashing Live Streaming

Ok so I bought this not to long ago and first feature I tried was the livestream after registering it. First of all my computer was wiped clean a week ago and I have not been on any websites other than my email. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate Edition. AMD A10, AMD Radeon HD 7660G Video Card. When I put in all the information it will tell me I am live for a few seconds then crash. If I try again the program crashes instantly. I notice a service from the action folder is still running which prevents me from uninstalling it. I had to restart my computer in order to turn it off. I will go ahead and say that I am extremely dissatisfied as a customer to buy software that was advertised on a livestream feature and see it break down on first use. I need a answer or I will try to ask for a refund for its unreliability to function properly.
