I think i understand the point now. I was test-recording single player in Left 4 Dead, and wouldn't u know it de-synced audio from video as i watched it. It was caused from the random slow-motion style effects that occured for some odd reason, i was recording at 30 fps.
I was disappointed at first of course, but then i noticed it was in sync again after a few seconds. My guess is that Action now sort of "feels" the frame rate and adapts to it so to speak, in an effort to "re-sync" it. At least that's what i ended up thinking.
If that's the case, then it's yet again a great update! Though there's also a downside to this: if my game shows ALOT of de-syncing, it could take longer to "re-sync" it. Hopefully that won't happen.
