Action! Playback problems and Sony Vegas W/Video PLEASE help

Memory: 8gb
Monitor Resolution: One 1920x1080 (The one gameplay is recorded on) and one 1280x720
Video Editor: Vegas Pro 12
Game Problem: Minecraft
Video Type: Avi and Mp4
