Action crashed Outlook 2013

Everytime when I start Mirillis Action, my Outlook 2013 chrashed.
I have no idea to fix this problem.
If you have any idea what I can do, let me know.

The newest, with the latest update.
I have this problem on every version.

Have you tried adding the outlook process to Action! exclude list?
