Video have hard time processing

when my settings are AVI 1080P 60FPS sometimes one of the videos I finish recording will not open. It will be black when I open the video. Or it will skip frames when I watch the video. Or it will show an image and stay that way throughout the video.
This is only when I record in these settings (AVI, 1080P, 60FPS). I thought for a while that it might be the AVI file format. But now I am not sure.
